Boot camp style conditioning to prepare your body for the upcoming season!
Stretching (Not Just for Flyers!)
Flexibility is necessary for ALL aspects of cheerleading. Range of motion is important to help reduce injuries while jumping, tumbling and flying! Learn and work on shoulder, back and leg flexibility. (45 minutes)
Tumbling
Classes are for beginners up to elite tumblers. We follow the USASF guidelines Level 1-5 when placing athletes into proper classes. (55 minutes)
